Welcome to Casita Exteriors. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the exterior home maintenance services we provide. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Services

Casita Exteriors provides exterior home cleaning and maintenance services, including:

• Gutter cleaning
• Pressure washing (driveways, patios, retaining walls)
• House soft washing
• Roof cleaning
• Deck and fence cleaning
• Window cleaning
• Skylight cleaning
• Dryer vent cleaning

Our service area covers Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, and Bucks Counties in Pennsylvania. Services are subject to availability within these areas.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are generated based on the property details you provide, including address, square footage, roof material, siding type, and other relevant factors. Our pricing is transparent and displayed instantly without requiring an email address or account signup.

Prices are subject to adjustment if actual property conditions differ significantly from the details provided during the quoting process. In such cases, we will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with the service.

The minimum order amount is $189. Bundle discounts are applied automatically when you select multiple services.

Booking and Payment

When you book a service through our website, you authorize payment for the quoted amount. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You will receive a confirmation with your booking details including the scheduled service date.

By completing a booking, you represent that you are authorized to make decisions regarding the property and to authorize the services requested.

Scheduling and Access

You agree to ensure reasonable access to the service areas of your property on the scheduled date. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked, vehicles are moved from work areas, and pets are secured as needed.

If we are unable to access the property or the required work areas on the scheduled date, we may need to reschedule the service. In the case of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we will work with you to find the next available date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 48+ hours before scheduled service: Full refund to your original payment method.
• Within 48 hours of scheduled service: Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted amount to cover scheduling and preparation costs.
• No-shows: If our team arrives and cannot access the property without prior notice, the full service fee is forfeited.

All refunds are processed to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate property and contact information during the quoting and booking process.
• Ensure reasonable access to the service areas of your property on the scheduled date.
• Clear personal belongings and obstacles from work areas prior to the scheduled service.
• Notify us of any known hazards, property damage, or special conditions that may affect service delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Casita Exteriors strives to deliver high-quality results on every job. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to your property, damage caused by conditions beyond our reasonable control, or delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. If you are unsatisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
